Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley isn't very open about her parents, however she has credited her father as being the one who inspired her to work to get fit. His grandfather was a bodybuilder who had a lot of fun when the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley is active physically from the time she was a young girl. She began taking swimming classes at around the age of 4 and continued through the next 10 years. It is believed that Ashley was a participant in various events. She did not put in the time because she didn't want to adhere to strict diet guidelines so that her body would perform optimally. There is a belief that she was a popular high school student because of her beautiful body and attractive appearance. However, it's not established if Ashley dated during this period. After she matriculated Ashley decided not to enroll in college and instead pursue her dream of becoming modeling fitness. Ashley was only 15 at the time she was unhappy with her body. She was encouraged by her grandfather to go to the fitness center. He suggested she go slowly and to build her body slowly. Ashley's triumph inspired her to compete in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and considered this to be an underperformance. This made Ashley push herself to be better. Ashley took part at her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished in fifth place. As the competition was over, Ashley opted to not compete again. While she competed in the competition, she received invitations for shoots for photos. It was not a mix-up of her professional life and decided against it. However, now that she has quit competing Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. The magazine she was on featured her cover in a well-known fitness publication and began her fitness modelling career. She signed with an agency right after. Since then she's an established model that has been a part of numerous bikini companies and world-class clothing firms.
